Early Childhood Education for Sustainable Development
Slideshows and posters
Some of our ideas for education for sustainable development and ways to put them into practice.
Slideshow about outcomes of ESD projects
The projects reflect children's outlook on environmental problems. The slideshow also tells how these opinions can become a basis for ESD projects in kindergartens.
The report was presented at the World OMEP Congress in Hong Kong in 2011.
Plastic in our life
Do you use plastic in your kindergarten or school? This slideshow can give you some ideas of how children together with adults can learn how plastic is used and how to reduce its consumption. See how children can also learn about alternatives to plastic things from the times of their grandparents and try to apply these ideas in everyday life.

The slideshows "The secrets of the sunny marigolds" environmental projects can be adapted for children with special needs. One for summer, and the other is for winter period. These projects are focused on bright colors and tactile sensations, since they involve children with impaired vision.
